Ballet, Swimming.

Ballet is really great lately. We are doing really interesting stuff, but rather hard. I’m as hopeless as last term however, so I enjoy it alot more.
My ankles and knees have been in pain though. I try really really hard to keep correct alignment but it still seems to hurt. I think I just need to do more general exercise though. Ballet being my only fitness thingi lately isn’t so good. Sitting around all week then jumping all over the place for an hour and a half. Probably isn’t the best way to go about it.
So I figure I’ll start swimming again. Swim everyday-ish like I used to. I got absurdly fit last time I was doing that. Don’t know if it will reduce my ankle twinges though, I’ll see a physio as well.
