Dance

My body cries out for me to dance,
My limbs are begging, the music called.
I move as though in my last chance,
I dance alone, myself enthralled.

My limbs are crying out in joy,
As back arched, poised and tall.
Walls are breaking, known since a boy,
No holding back, just giving my all.

In mirrors I see myself, and love,
My graceful form has taken control.
My body is teasing my mind thereof,
As together they play around my soul.

The rules that govern I will not atone,
As in my world I will dance alone.
